Endeavour Physiology services an array of clientele from people with a disability, chronic health conditions, to the elderly and everyday businessmen.

Endeavour Physiology focuses on providing FREEDOM to clients, whether it is freedom of movement (Exercise Physiology), freedom of pain (Massage Therapy) or freedom of choice (Disability Support Work).

 
 
 
 

Disability support work

 

Endeavour Physiology has been providing quality disability support work for over 10-years, having worked with a diverse population of clients within this time.

We have witnessed a decline in the standard of care across the disability industry, and therefore believe it is our duty to counteract this by providing a high quality service, personable in nature and client centred.

To provide the best service to our clients we ensure a strong focus on recruiting, developing and maintaining the best support workers in the industry.

Endeavour Physiology believes in independence of choice for people with a disability and is therefore an unregistered provider when it comes to NDIS services.

This means that we are only able to take on clients whom are Planned Managed or Self-Managed. Funding for Disability Support Work within the NDIS framework would be allocated within a clients ‘core supports’ or ‘capacity building supports’ depending on the nature of the supports required and provided by Endeavour Physiology.

Founder & Exercise Physiologist

Ryan is the founder of Endeavour Physiology and practices in all three disciplines of the business including Exercise Physiology, Massage Therapy and Disability Support Work. He has over 10+ years of experience in each industry, working successfully with arrange of clients during this time.

Working in all three disciplines it became evident to Ryan that people were in need of more freedom, whether it was freedom of movement (Exercise Physiology), freedom of pain (Massage Therapy) or freedom of choice (Disability Support).

Endeavour Physiology was built on the desire to provide freedom to clients across all three disciplines in a mobile setting, comfortable to the individual.

From a business perspective Ryan leads his mobile team of employees specialising in marketing and human resources to highly qualified and experienced health professionals across all three disciplines providing a high quality service across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
